The Swings

Life has been beautiful these past few days.  You run from home to the theater to home to a cast party to home to the theater to church to the theater to home.  All the way to just wishing you could see your favorite people and do your favorite things that give you such happy feelings inside as you flop down on a swing and take the best ride of your life.

That's just how God works in my life.  Like a swing.  You go up and you go down.  It's the same yesterday and today, yet with everything changing.  God picks you up and sets you down.  I know that sounds like God is not always there, but when you coming down on the swing, you still in it right?  Unless of course your doing a big cherry bump and (ouch) your butt fly's out of the swing.  You just have to hang onto God and He will get you through everything.

Now there are always kids who hate swings and think they are pointless.  There are always kids who don't know how to pump the swing.  It's all just like God and my relationship with Him. It's just how I take a look at things.

God has taken me to this point were I now know that I would never be able to live without Him.  It's just about that incredible.  I would hate to be one of those kids with no interest in swings.   

So thanks once again God for being my comforter and savior at such a turning point in my life.
